Registration
All bidding is done online through our HiBid auction platform, powered by Auction Flex. To participate, simply create or sign in to your HiBid account and register for the Auction America auction you would like to bid in. You must be registered and approved before placing bids.
Terms & Conditions
Please review the Terms and Conditions for each auction before bidding. By registering and placing a bid, you agree to the terms of that auction.
Preview & Item Inspection
Auction previews are generally available by appointment. To schedule a preview, call Auction America at 561-682-3191.
We may also be able to provide additional photos, video, or a FaceTime walkthrough upon request when applicable and time allows.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and ask questions before bidding.
Lot Numbers
Each item or group of items is assigned a lot number. Use the lot number to identify and keep track of the items you are interested in.
Reserves
Some items may be offered with a reserve or minimum acceptable price. When applicable, reserve information will be noted in the auction listing or catalog.
Bidding
Bidding takes place online through HiBid. Once registered for the auction, you can browse available lots and place bids directly through the online auction catalog.
This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION: You do not need to be at a physical auction location to participate.
Payment & Pickup
Winning bidders will receive an invoice with payment and pickup information after the auction closes.
All purchases must be paid in full before items can be removed.
Pickup dates, times and locations vary by auction, so please review the individual auction details before bidding.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law. Buyers claiming a resale exemption must provide the required documentation.
